Who is a better fighter than Braveheart vs Toronto? This famous boxing rivalry was born out of the city of Toronto. This has always been a part of the horse racing history in North America. This is also the hometown of the much-adored Boxing. These are two very famous names in North American horse racing and they do battle every year in what is considered the world’s biggest horse racing event – the Western vs. Eastern. If you are a horse player who is looking to place a wager on this rivalry, you should know a few things about these two fighters before you get into the race.
It all started in 18GERM in GERM. In this fight, which took place in England, it was the English riders that came out on top. The reason for this was not really understood at the time, but it was found out later. The horses did not run together; they went around a turn at a time and galloped through a long stretch of field. This made it difficult for the horses belonging to the English to know where the other was.
So the English rider, knowing that the other horse had gone around a turn, galloped on his own and came up right behind the German. When he caught up to him, he tried to bite him, but the German wasn’t able to see him and gave the fight to the tail, meaning the horse ran in circles around the trainer. The German eventually lost the fight. The crowd was so impressed with his skill that they started betting on the winner before the race was even over.
This was just the first fight of the brave and the handsome. The next event, which was fought in 18GERM vs. OTTA WAHA, was won by the German, although it was not a very close fight. The horses warmed up real good and it looked as if the crowd was ready to give the win to the German before the race was even over. Then the English rider, who was riding a mare, lunged and hit the horse from behind. This sent the crowd into a frenzy and OTTA WAHA was declared the winner.
Then there was another long shot in the form of LAUS WINNER vs GERM, also in 18GERM vs OTTA WAHA. The horses warmed up real good and both seemed to be able to run hard all the way to the end. The German seemed to run a good race, but on the turn he hit a bad back and didn’t finish. The American, who had already warmed up, took second and was declared the winner. There was no money wagered on either win.
The most intriguing battle of the day was between valiant in Toronto. This one was interesting because it featured two very different styles. The first bout lasted three and a half hours and saw very fierce competition between two evenly matched horses. The American, who was trying to win after getting out, was obviously outclassed by the big lad in the green. It was an exciting fight that lacked the excitement of the previous matches, but was still a close contest.
